Base Nutrient

FloraPro™ Grow A

FloraPro™ Grow A is used with FloraPro™ Grow B to form the vegetative base of the FloraPro Liquid Program. Designed for propagation and vegetative growth, Grow A helps deliver primary nutrition, calcium support, and essential elements in a streamlined commercial liquid feed system. Together, Grow A and Grow B support strong structural development, balanced rootzone conditions, and efficient nutrition before the crop transitions into flower.

FloraPro Grow A (4-0-1) is the A-side component of the FloraPro two-part vegetative base system. When used with Grow B, it helps establish the calcium-fortified nutritional foundation needed during propagation and vegetative growth. This base system supports early crop structure, vegetative momentum, and preparation for the generative transition.

Use FloraPro Grow A with FloraPro Grow B as part of a continuous liquid feed program for hydroponic use only. Do not use Grow A as a standalone complete base nutrient. Normal feeding range is up to 18 mL/gal, depending on growth stage. Consult the FloraPro Liquid Feed Program for complete recommendations.

Recommended Grow A rates from the FloraPro Liquid Feed Program:

  • Propagation, Week 1: 7 mL/gal Grow A
  • Vegetative, Weeks 1–3: 12 mL/gal Grow A

Use at the corresponding Grow B rate:

  • Propagation, Week 1: 7 mL/gal Grow B
  • Vegetative, Weeks 1–3: 12 mL/gal Grow B

Adjustments may be needed based on environmental conditions, water quality, individual grow structure, and use of additional products. Feed programs are recommendations and a starting point; actual results may vary.

Commercial vegetative growth depends on consistency, structure, and operational simplicity. Grow A helps form a two-part vegetative base system that builds calcium into the program architecture, reducing the need for a separate calcium supplement while supporting controlled nutrient delivery. Paired with Grow B, it gives cultivation teams a repeatable foundation for propagation and vegetative production.
