stable, and effective.

Our Promise to Growers,

We guarantee our liquid nutrients for a full one-year from the date of purchase.

If your product fails to meet our quality standards within this window, we will provide a one-time replacement of the specific formula at no cost to you.

What This Guarantee Covers

• Formula Stability: Significant separation or "fall out" (solutes dropping out of solution)that cannot be resolved by standard shaking.
• Contamination: Any signs of microbial growth or mold resulting from the manufacturing process.
• Packaging Integrity: Defective seals or bottles that compromise the liquid’s shelf life upon arrival.

Terms & Conditions

Two year shelf life from the manufacturer date. To ensure the longevity of your liquid nutrients,

this guarantee is subject to the following "Best Practice" storage requirements:

1. Temperature Control: Products must be stored in a cool, dry place (ideally between 45°F and 85°F). Exposure to freezing temperatures or extreme heat voids the guarantee.
2. Light Exposure: Bottles should be kept out of direct, prolonged sunlight to prevent nutrient degradation.
3. Contamination Prevention: Use clean measuring tools. Pouring used nutrients back into the original bottle or introducing tap water into the concentrate will void the guarantee.

How to Make a Claim

If you suspect your nutrient has lost its efficacy or has compromised stability:

          ● Contact us at info@genhydro.com with your order number and or receipt.

          ● Provide a photo of the batch code (usually found on the bottom or neck of the bottle).

          ● Describe the issue (e.g., "heavy sediment that won't dissolve" or "unusual odor").

Note: Many of our liquid nutrients contain concentrated salts, a small amount of "crusting"

around the cap is normal and does not affect the quality of the solution inside.
