Ripen®

Ripen® 0.5-7-6 is a concentrated late-flowering finisher formulated to supply the macronutrients responsible for flower and fruit growth in the final stage. Use it in the last 1–2 weeks to help drive abundant flowering with greater oil and fragrance potential—then harvest on schedule with confidence.

Ripen® supplies macronutrients that support flower and fruit growth during the final 1–2 weeks. It helps promote abundant flowering, oil production, and fragrance potential.

Use during the final 1–2 weeks according to label or GH feed chart guidance. Add to mixed nutrient solution, monitor pH and EC, and follow your planned harvest or flush routine.

The final stage of flowering is a critical finishing window. Ripen® helps growers support the last push of flower and fruit development before harvest.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Ripen® compatible across soil, soilless, and hydroponic media?

Yes. Ripen® is highly versatile and performs effectively in recirculating and run-to-waste hydroponics, coco coir, soilless mixes, and traditional soil-based liquid-feed programs, provided you check and adjust pH and EC after mixing.

What are the system and reservoir maintenance best practices when running Ripen®?

When mixing Ripen® into fresh water, maintain the working solution within a pH range of 5.5 to 6.5. Keep reservoir solution temperatures below 75 °F (24 °C), maintain constant oxygenation/ aeration, and perform a complete reservoir change and flush every 7 to 10 days.

Should Ripen® be run alongside standard base nutrients at full strength?

No. Running Ripen® alongside full-strength base nutrients is unnecessary and can spike your solution EC to toxic levels. Because Ripen® is highly concentrated, most growers treat it as a dedicated finishing phase and either reduce or completely replace their standard base nutrients during the final 1 to 2 weeks.

Can Ripen® be used in conjunction with Dry KoolBloom® (2-45-28) in the same feeding regimen?

No. Ripen® and Dry KoolBloom® must never be used together. They can be used in place of one another based on your preferred finishing style, but they should not be run in conjunction.

What is the primary target objective of Ripen® and when should it be applied?

Ripen® is a specialized late-flowering finisher engineered to supply the exact macronutrient ratios responsible for flower and fruit growth in the final stages of development. It should be applied during the final 1 to 2 weeks of the crop cycle to promote abundant flowering and maximize final oil and fragrance potential.

What ingredients are used to derive the macro and secondary minerals in Ripen®?

Ripen® is derived from ammonium phosphate, magnesium sulfate, monopotassium phosphate, potassium chloride, seaweed (Ascophyllum nodosum), and soft rock phosphate.

What is the guaranteed N-P-K analysis of Ripen® and what is its nutrient composition?

Ripen® is a concentrated late-flowering finisher formulated at a 0.5-7-6 N-P-K analysis. Its guaranteed analysis contains 0.50% ammoniacal nitrogen, 7.00% available phosphate (P2O5), 6.00% soluble potash (K2O), 0.25% water-soluble magnesium, 0.30% combined sulfur, and 0.75% chlorine.
